RED DRAGON HELIUM 8K
With the EPIC-W BRAIN, RED brings the EPIC name back to the forefront, featuring their HELIUM 8K Super 35 sensor. While other RED cameras use sensors larger than Super 35, the HELIUM is unique in that it allows for high-resolution 8K recording while using classic cinema lenses designed for the Super 35 film format. While 8K exhibition is not mainstream, the extra recorded resolution is helpful for VFX artists and for future-proofing your productions for a time when 8K is standardized.
SONY A7S II 4K FULL FRAME
The Sony A7S II takes the A7S to the next level. The redesigned camera body, improved autofocus, and a bevy of new features make the A7S II a very capable full-frame mirrorless camera no matter the lighting conditions. With its 12.2-megapixel full-frame sensor and native ISO range of 100-102,400, the A7S II is designed to provide excellent performance across a huge range of ISO speeds. Utilizing Sony's 5-axis image stabilization to provide up to 4.5 stops of vibration reduction, the A7S II is poised to provide great images in low light. DJI RONIN & READY RIG
The Ronin 3-Axis Handheld Gimbal Stabilizer from DJI is a camera stabilization system designed to give the operator close to the freedom of unencumbered handheld shooting but without the hand-shake. Suitable for most camera types and configurations up to 16 pounds, the Ronin uses brushless motors that work on three axes: one for side-to-side "roll" - keeping the horizon level - one for tilt, and one for pan. The system is computer-controlled and features a tilt range of 105° up / 165° down plus a roll range of ±110°. Furthermore, the system boasts a precision of control of ±0.02°, enabling precise camera moves and stability correction against even very fine movements. In addition to handheld shooting, the gimbal can be used in vehicle mounting scenarios and other contexts where vibrations or other abrupt movements would make tripods and rigid camera support systems unsuitable.
DJI INSPIRE 4K RAW
The DJI Inspire 1 is probably one of the most advanced quadcopters I’ve ever seen. For Professional video use, the Inspire 1 comes in two other variants with superior image quality to even the most expensive aerial platforms in its size. CRANE
The Stanton "Triangle" Camera Crane is a cost-effective, highly portable alternative to large riding cranes and other complicated remote-head crane systems. The Triangle offers a full remote camera head (pan, tilt, zoom, focus, iris, tape/film start & stop) all operated from the ground. Both film and video cameras, up to 55 lbs., can interface with the Triangle. When adapted to one of our dollies, this crane can also be run on the track. Stanton cranes are packed for travel as checked baggage on most airlines.
